Full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessments
Available for children aged 8-16
If your child is struggling to acquire reading and spelling skills, a full dyslexia assessment will uncover any underlying issues and provide recommendations for supporting your child or young person’s learning, both in school and at home.

Specialist Dyslexia Teaching
Available for children aged 7-12
Dyslexia Devon offers specialist 1-to-1 lessons to support any child struggling with reading and/or spelling. Lessons are multi-sensory, relaxed and tailored to the individual learner’s needs, and designed to develop confidence while ensuring progress. Lessons also target underlying skills such as memory, processing and phonological ability.

Access Arrangements for Parents
Some schools provide exam access (extra time, a reader, etc) assessments, so as a parent your first port of call should be your child’s school’s SENCO. If the school agrees to accepting an external assessor, do get in touch.
