  • Full Diagnostic Dyslexia Assessments

    Available for children aged 8-16

If your child is struggling to acquire reading and spelling skills, a full dyslexia assessment will uncover any underlying issues and provide recommendations for supporting your child or young person’s learning, both in school and at home.

Dyslexia Devon offers specialist 1-to-1 lessons to support any child struggling with reading and/or spelling. Lessons also target underlying skills such as memory, processing and phonological ability.

  • Access Arrangements for Schools

Louise is qualified to assess for Exam Access Arrangements for schools. Get in touch to discuss rates and availability.

  • Access Arrangements for Parents

Some schools provide exam access (extra time, a reader, etc) assessments, so as a parent your first port of call should be your child’s school’s SENCO. If the school agrees to accepting an external assessor, do get in touch.

  • Schools Consultancy

Louise can support SENCOs (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators) to set up screening procedures, write tuition programmes and help the school become more dyslexia friendly.
